What's Included in your Rental

  • Access to the property for 2 hours for your choice of 1 engagement or bridal photo session.  Additional photo sessions can be provided for an additional fee. 
  • The property has 2 ponds (one with a bridge and gazebo), a large pasture, large oak trees, and large 2-story brick house with wrap-around porches, and a barn for photo or ceremony options.  
  • Approximately 8,000 square foot event pavilion with a covered porch area.  The event Pavilion has a 300+ guest capacity, ADA restrooms, and a large stage for entertaining guests.  It has upgraded stage lighting, caterer’s prep kitchen, bridal suite, groom's lounge, 2 moveable bars, large fireplace with mantle, and beautiful concrete floors
  • 350 chairs (additional chairs may be rented)
  • 20 - 60” round tables
  • 14 -  8ft rectangle tables
  • 4 - 6ft rectangle tables
  • 1 -  48” round table
  • 12 - 30” round cocktail tables
  • 4 - 8ft farm tables
  • 8 trash cans on wheels to be located around the premises.
  • 1 pergola in the outside courtyard area
  • Covered lounge area outside the Event Pavilion
  • Wooden Cross to use as a backdrop for your ceremony.  A wooden A-frame backdrop is also available for rent ($200)
  • A covered dumpster at the back of the event pavilion for event trash disposal
  • Golf Cart Service will be provided for 5 hours on the day of your event.  We will provide one 6 person golf cart with a driver.  Additional hours may be rented for an additional fee.
